Was called to a property the other day to inspect ventilation problem in bathroom. The attached pics is what I found. Anyone ever seen anything like this. Kitchen backed onto bathroom and in there there was another motor box directly behind grille and motor in bathroom

seen one recently, very good quality much better than cheapo 4 inch gadgets.
i took it out, brought back home, gave it proper clean on the bench, installed it back in, should work for another 20 years.
