Visual on installation when replacing a couple of faulty fittings.
No continuity on steel structure of building, EICR not available @ time of visit.
MBPC to each column ?

That looks like a steel support rather than a Columb (which would go into the ground).
I guess I would be testing to see if it was extraneous (ie <24k ohms from memory).
What figure did you get?

I wondered the same, whether they are essentially roof beams, or part of a larger steel structure that could introduce a potential.
I was trying to decide if they are bolts at the end, suggesting there is a steel super-structure....
 
I suspect the roof is more likely to be extraneous. Odd structure with the wood beams supporting it, a barn?

Not done any testing on the Steel yet… noted on a MWC …@ the moment they are not bonded.
seems OTT for all to be interconnected… but if required then it’s gotta be done

That’s a good point if MBPC required could be feasible to bond @ one point at steel ceiling I guess
