how can one fan extract two rooms?

This isnt always the wisest way to do bathrooms but if you do then an inline fan and both bathrooms will require some form of backdraft shutter or actuators to close them off when extraction not on and the piping will need to be designed as not to allow circulating currents between bathrooms when fan is off, if you do 2 seperate fans with 1 common ducting then get a fan that has closing shutters on it so the other fan cant circulate air into opposite bathroom
