Probably a simple question, but what's required by building regs on new builds for the ducting of extract fans these days? Especially where the duct passes through the loft space ...
Is the aluminium or PVC ducting still permissible, or does it now have to be insulated etc?
I probably have the info somewhere in my office, but I'm not back there for a couple of days.
