Fan in toilet room

Hi I have been trying to find the regulations regarding having a fan in a toilet room. i.e. the only item in the room is a toilet (oh and the light). The wash basin is outside of the room. There is no window. I will be fitting an isolator but is there any specific position i have to put it in the room.

Sorry i should have said is there a place i need to put the isolator switch or can i put it just above the fan.

you can put it anywhere sensible

Just in case..you dont need to fit a fan if there is a window that can be opened.
