fan over bath

I know you can have an extract over a bath as long as its ip44 but what if there is a shower over the bath aswell are you still allowed a 240V or dose it have to be a low voltage fan?

if its ip44 then its protected from water spray in all directions so safe for a shower location.

niceic just gave me that answer as long as they r IPX4 fans they can go in zone 1
