Fast Track Gold Card

Hey peeps

I'm considering taking one of them fast track gold card courses.... The ones that you have to when working where you fill out a portfolio and finish with the AM2. Are they any good and can anyone recommend a good one?

Its not really fast track as such as it all depends on the work you are doing which will determine time required more than anything else.
