feelings about setting up

Hi all just a few quick questions about people's feelings going into business for themself

1) What was your worrys and feelings before you set up?

2) What is your worrys now you have set up?

3) Do you feel that it's the best thing you have done or not?

4) Are you earning as much as you though you would or less?

With the credit crunch everything is a worry one week you havent got enough hours to do the jobs next thing you know your praying for the phone to ring.

If you can contact the small business advisory service they are free and will guide and advise you on all aspects of going into business from tax to marketing. At least that way you wont waste money on your business.

Inspite of everything its the best thing I ever did.

my main worry then and now is will i have enough work. I am earning more than i thought i would on paper, but getting the customer to pay up is long winded (commercial company, no probs with domestic).

In certain ways its the best thing i've done. In other ways its the worst!

knowing what I know now, i would choose less money but a regular income.
