Anyone know of a field mount system that doesn't require more than 1m of soil depth? We have a 10kw system in 2 arrays but the schecuo requires 1400mm depth at least...

Concrete plinths not possible due to planners...

Why wont the planers accept the pads? As an idea you could take the pads lower and bring top soil over the top so no obvious pads in site. Only need 100mm above for grass to grow again. Schuco legs are adjustable and I know there's plenty of scope to do this.

Consoles are good but you will need more space than the schuco system as its a one panel one console job.

Cheers guys, will drop an email to renusol.

The site is within a National Park boundary so is subject to more insane rules than normal, consent has been given for a schueco style rammed-post mount. It's also on a fairly steep slope and no excavation or concrete is permitted for flat plinths. We managed to get a test spike down 1m and it starts to get a bit rough from there down. Have you had any experience with the rammed system?

Are you talking bedrock at 1m or just difficult ground? We use ground a anchor system which will go into pretty rough ground. Have developed a system to attach pretty much anything on top.
If you want further information give me a PM.
