Have you measured up biro lids and araldite yet ;-)
Had some locally produced beer at the brewery after a day actually went to plan for once. Forgot the "square mm"!blu-tac
bloody big tails for them holes.
Fit new.I might need to remove an old heater CU leaving some cable holes in the Henley block where its tails currently go. Anyone got a good suggestion for an insulating plug for those holes?
too technical (unless it can be inserted with a hammer)A thin plastic shim can sometimes be inserted between the brass block and the casing of the Henley block
25mm I think.Are they 25mm holes or 35mm?

That is plan B...Have you measured up biro lids and araldite yet ;-)
Have you a link to them? I have only ever seen their 20-30A junction boxes and the "neutral link" MCB replacements for the likes of adding SPDs, etc.The Hager 100A blocks come with replaceable blanks… so same idea could be used on an existing block
My mistake. They’re Proteus.Have you a link to them? I have only ever seen their 20-30A junction boxes and the "neutral link" MCB replacements for the likes of adding SPDs, etc.
OK, Now if only CEF stocked any...My mistake. They’re Proteus.
Like I said, removable blanks (I think 3, so there’s always 2 open holes) and there’s a little block can go in the side so you can screw them up side by side neatly as they’re fixed together.
Wow. I didn’t notice that.OK, Now if only CEF stocked any...
I'm used to CEF having damn-all in the store, but odd to see them out of stock for delivery.Wow. I didn’t notice that.
Never had a problem getting them in the past, and I think I’ve got a grey one floating around the back of the van.
I was thinking the same as they are quite cheap and about the right sizeGolf tee?

yeh... ok.... ive got an unused hole in the live and neutral blocks.... Will this still work?Find a 'short' offcut of 25mm tail, form it into a U shape and install one end in each of the two vacant holes.
