Hi guys I do work for a couple of letting agents just the useuall electrical and intruder alarm repairs but one has asked me for a fire alarm certificate so I have looked into this and this is covered by the BS 5839-6-2004 so can anyone point me in the direction of who can issue this certificate and documentation with regards to a certificate and a risk assesment for a domestic property ie HMO.
