fire alarm supplies some help

some help when i fit a fire alarm i will have a unswitched fused spur labled fire alarm also the supply for this will come from it own 16 amp breaker at the main board labled fire alarm with a bold red sticker do not switch off

last week i have went to 11 diffrent shops that a company are fitting in new fire alarms and emg lights these guys are takeing the supply for the fire alarms off any breaker in the board ie double them up in the board no lableing or warnig notice

what would you guys do if you came across this

as far as i understand it, and when we have been asked to provide a supply for a Fire Alarm company, they insist on the supply being dedicated for the Fire Alarm and also the the supply be in FP or Pyro cable. Twin and skin will not do.

There is probably something about this in BS5839 or whatever its called.
