Fire Alarm sytems commision and test

Hello all
i have recently installed a fire alarm system i had it scoped and designed by the manufacturer of the equipment. Its only small 8 detectors 5 sounders is there a certificate that covers all design, install, commision?
or do i need seperates? I have installed a lot of fire detection systems over the years and im sure i have filled in a green form from the niceic that covers all three?
Its been a couple of years since i have done the paperwork on a system as i mainly sub-contract.
any help appreciated

All separate never seen a combined cert also you say the manufacturer did the design not you

I think you are thinking of the EIC as a combined cert

The NICEIC does have a cert that covers all 3.

It's form FHR4 (B-F) this only covers fire systems in dwellings of grade B - F.

Which manufacturer did you get to design it and did they charge you ?

hi lads thanks for the replys,
it wasnt the manufacturer just the company who supplys the wholesaler he did it for free, i will order the individual certificates then! that website does look good!
