How unhelpful that answer was a bit of an empty dream........
I've been given a box to tube to and I'm asking a simple question. I don't see it in BS76671 But electricians are asked to mount cabinets etc.

The clue is in the question.
"Anyone know what height a fire alarm panel should be mounted"
I think the OP failed to realise the relevance of your posts, since the big inferno of that tower block the industry has become a minefield of compliance and documentation requirements, the responses and original query do promote the need to establish what part the OP plays in this install. My being so obtuse to this was to gain whether the OP was designing and installing this with insufficient knowledge.
No there isn't.Is there such a height in bs5839-1?
Manual call points are 1400 to centre but I’ve not seen a panel height.
Perhaps thats the OP's question in the first case.No there isn't.
