First Elecsa assessment....should i be worried.

Hi Guys, sorry for anouther thread on elecsa assessment.
Got my first one in a few weeks time with a guy called John Rothwell.....should I be worried , any advice would be most gratefull, cheers.

Have you got your pack from Elecsa yet? It lays down their expectations quite thoroughly.

I just booked it today, so hav'nt got all my info yet. Do i need a proving unit or any kind of lock off equipment.

I'd hold fire on rushing around spending money on bits until you get the pack - having said that investing in a lock off kit will not be money wasted.

Nice biscuits on assessment day are essential!

If I remember correctly there is an example in the pack which I simply copied, I'll PM you a copy.

In my experience of Elecsa assessors (which isn't much) they'll ask some questions... If your doing well they'll ask you an obscure one just to test you.

The voltage of dodgem cars is always a favourite!!!!! What that has to do with domestic electrics (unless you own a nevernever land) I have no idea!!
