Can't help being a grundfos man and they do a nice Aqua_Turn small recirc pump mate.

A trcik for fish ponds is barley straw steve. when you get your pump, put the straw in netting. near the suction of the pump, and it will help to keep the water clear.

Agreed, Grundfos pumps are great quality, if they're too expensive for the budget then you can also try one of the 'Little Giant' range (part of Franklin group) which I've also used without problems.

Make sure it can pump 8mm solids, or you'll spend the rest of your life cleaning the filter.

when i used to be in the trade oase pumps were the bees knees
