FiT question???

Apolagies for my naivety, I`m just starting off!
I`ve only just got off and running and realise the FiT payments are going to change on the 1st of April. I realise my payments are gauranteed for 20 years but I`m not sure what they are gauranteed at!
I`m on 14.9p at the moment but will that go up and down, or only up as it`s indexed linked?

Payments go up April 1st, Its a good idea to read your meter on 31st March. But if your installation was installed after 1st January you will have t wait to next April
