Hello guys,
I have just passed the C&G 2399-11, and am now looking to put a small system on my house to get MCS accredited. The course was good, but didn't really cover an order of actions on how you deal with fitting a PV system with respect to phone calls and paperwork.Below is a bullet point list of what I believe to be the right order of doing things, please feel free to advice me if there is something I have missed, or have done at the wrong time.

1.Visit customer and assess if suitable for PV (roof, direction, pitch, shading, size of roof, spare way etc).

2.Does customer have an EPC for band D and above?

3.Ring DNO check viability of fitting PV system.

4.Ring energy provider to register intentions of applying for FIT scheme.

5.Fit system.

6.Issue all relevant certification as per G83/1 to customer.

7.Send paperwork to ENERGY PROVIDER, including EPC declaration and certificate.

is this right??
Many Thanks

You will need a paper trail from start to finish
starting with site survey, quote ( in detail), SAP calcs, EPC above Band D, Structual survey, design schematics, G83 commision Doc.
Purchase orders, Audits, master list Doc, insurance, REAL,
The list is long
