Im replacing two outside 100w halogens and re-routing the cables.

Would 1.0mm black flex with crimps be ok to use from fcu to lights?
 
whats this doubling over nonsense!!
 
Would you use a ferrule if you were terminating flex into a connector block though? It's the same mechanism. Daz
