hi, folks, got a slight prob with some 600 flush fit florries, after a power failure they will not come back on due to the ballasts being the type that protects against surge or some such. apparently, the way to get them on is by interrupting the supply. tried this both with the switches and the MCBs but to no avail. the only way to get them back on is to find the klik rose aboce the ceiling and unplug , then plug back in. is it that both poles have to be dissed? is there an alternative method? it's a real pain removing loads of tiles to locate the kliks. it's usually about 6 fittings affected out of 24.

Did that work?
Have you tried disconnecting the neutral at the board as well as the MCB off?

If that would work maybe you could fit a double pole switch on the lighting supply to act as a reset...
