depends on how the plumber is going to pipe it up, i guess you can do it both ways (depends if he has a direct or indirect cylinder). Eg normal s plan or just use the amptec elec element for heating with a heating pump and just use ecom 7 immersion heater for water

I dont understand plumber speak, what is being installed is an amptec and a wilson boiler, HTg and HW valves, pump, no cyl stat as its proteced internally, I was supposed to meet up with plumber testerday, no show, what I dont get is the relationship between the boilers, 1,the amptec and 2 the indirect unvented 210 ltr wilson, which has 2 sets of terminals 1 an immerser that I have assumed is a "off peak" immerser which I have wired as such, and 2 that the manual refers to as the "boiler", it would appear that the wilson heats water for normal hot water, and the flow boiler does the CH,the wilsons second set of 5 terminals I assume are LNE & N SWL, although nowhere in the manul does it designate these, the amptec is a bit simpler having LNE pump supply & boiler control RUN & N although it does to say to which of the terminals the R&N go to in the wiring centre, I am using a danfoss centre and following the S plan diagram that came with it. the plumber has infomed me that he has connected to boilers to work in unision with each other what that means I have no idea can anyone throw some light on this
