Fluorescent Recessed Fitting

Fluorescent recessed light fitting replaced all four tubes and starters and fuse in middle still wont work, get power to it but just wont light up what am i missing?

What starters did you use?

IOr replace the ballast with a HF unit and rewire to suit, as said is it a 2' fitting as normal universal starter lamps don not work with them they have to be the for 2' fittings

Something doesn't tally as the title says it a HF but the info says it switch start

Newey an Eyre cheap and prob in stock. Screw fix is cheap and for DIY lol

Wrong starters, try these;
Series Starter for 4-22w Fluorescent Tubes

dont use newey as last couple items got from them nearly had to take mortage out, use cef or edmundson but for quickness was gonna get from screwfix

is this just 18W 2ft tubes or does the same principle relate to 18W CFL lamps eg. PLL 2G11 lamps???

haha, well if it isn't the tubes and starter then it must be the choke or capacitor, assuming you have checked all connections to end caps are actually connected, come on guys this is easy stuff.
