Hi, can anybody help me. In a communal block of flats the communal areas lighting consists of 12" long strips, 3 of theses strips were not working when the button was pushed. However, when the strips were removed and replaced they illuminated, then when the switch eventually turns off and then you switch back on they don't come on again. Is this a starter problem?

Cheers
Nick
