Does any body know of a manufacturer who makes plastic boxes to be flushed into the wall? We are doing an installation that will be lime plastered so standard bzp will corrode. Any help much appreciated. Thanks

You could mix up a bucket of sand/cement and back fill around the sides of the boxes to keep the lime away.
Or go to the local supermarket, buy some sandwich bags, put the box in the bag before you fix it to the wall.
Tuck the excess inside the box, trim it off after it's plastered.

Hi Jimmer
You have no doubt sourced something by now.I have come accross plastic back boxes, but only on rewires, stripping old stuff out,so I can only assume they have been discontinued perhaps due to the scarcity of lime plastering these days.Perhap national trust could help you....I was going to suggest that your standard steel boxes could be painted or maybe plastic dado trunking boxes could do your job..Let us know what you ended up doing.

Thanks a lot for the quick reply. I already have a good number of the 32A single gang connectors so I'll be using those on each individual wire...
