Fonius IG TL 3.6 problems

We've just installed 17 x Sharp 235's with a 3.6 fronius IG - TL inverter. It worked fine for 15 mins then came up with code 463 which says AC polarity is inverted. We've checked the ac polarity but it's all ok - has anyone else had this problem?

Yep, overvoltage if I remember right.

Overvoltage from the AC side? How did you solve that?

I lied just looked it up for you - it's a polarity issue

AC polarity inverted (L/N)Description Inverter does not feed energy into the grid.Remedy Check AC polarity (L/N)​

If status code persists: Contact a Fronius-trained

Thanks for that - was aware of the 463 code being Inverted L/N Polarity - but like yourself at the beginning of the thread - I have checked the Polarity and it is not inverted. Guess its a Fronius Technician then!!
