Ford Transit Fob

Hello,

Lost my key fob a while ago now and think its time for another one. Not too bothered about a key fob but want a fob. I believe there are some fobs you can get that you can programme yourself.

Anyone had any dealings with any or know where i can get one?

If it's a newer model with the blue fob (56 onwards I think) it has to be done by a ford dealership. Fob is about £70 and programming about £30 if I remember correctly. If it's an older model the key can be programmer yourself but that just the immobiliser, not a remote I think.

As above Blue you can't do yourself but can be done by some locksmith car key sellers, not just dealers.
