Hi everyone.
I have just passed the city & guilds 2377-100 & 2377-200 in service inspection & testing PAT TESTING.

I have been un-employed since june this year and see the only way to get work is to set up as a self employed pat tester, is there any good people out there who will take me with them to a few test missions so that i can get On-Site experience, as the college is always text book fashion unlike the real world.

I WILL OFFER MY SERVICES FOR FREE! as this seems to be the future for me now, I live near to Stoke on Trent and would appreciate a break in life, so if anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated, as also the college course did not cover software or printing off labels etc so any advice on that too.

I have another thread in the for sale section asking for info on thermal printers but have received no replies.

Look forward to receiving help from someone out there, oh and I am currently doing C & G 2330 level 2 at stafford college, completed mods 1 & 2 undergoing mods 3 & 4 at present.

Thank you for reading.

Regards.
Andrew:)

Hi Andrew, have you tried contacting PPDG. I know they're usually pretty good at setting up some decent work experience stuff, i've just done some work for them in Stoke and they sent out a lad to get some experience with me and he had just done the same course as you. Hope they can help you!

Hi.
thank you for your reply and info, who are PPDG? and do you have any contact details for them, that sounds ideal as the job centre said I could go and do odd days for training without it affecting our contributions.

cheers again tho.

Andrew:)

PPDG are Pertemps People Development Group, they have just opened an office in Stoke, you'll find the contact details on a google search, the people we deal with there are all based in the head office so won't be much use to you! Good luck
