You see, we know the answer.
It will not help you just to be told what the answer is.

Everything you need to know is in BS7671 and GN3.
You've not given all of the question anyway.
My guess is its a caravan/camping park. I wonder if there is a section dedicated to that in BS7671???

I am getting astounded at the amount of college questions just bunged on here. These people need to learn some communication skills, pose a proper thought out question after having researched the answer themselves first. Goodness knows how they will deal with real customers when they get any. "Der, ohh, ahh, wot init" and the like comes to mind!

Surely learning the answers yourself is a better way of remembering the relevant information when it comes up in the future, do it once, do it right.

Since you said please, then have a look in IEE Guidance note three: Inspection and testing.
In the initial verification section under the earth electrode resistance testing part it describes all the procedures and gives the answers that you need in very straight forward format.
