fronius ig 3.6 tl issue

hi all,
just installed 16 kyo 240 on above inverter, usual stuff, no room on board so 10mm out of dp henley block in to 2 way garage unit, all tests done no anomalies , switch on inverter , fires up goes through 3 minute g83 and then disconnects completely , switches off and knocks the garage rcd out, do this a couple of times and manage to read error code 301 before it switches off, ac over current according to manual which shouldnt be a disconnect and switch off just a search from grid parameters..any ideas before i call fronius technical, am i missing something its been a hot few days on this one?

Not sure, but maybe a nuetral problem somewere along the AC line.

yeah i would, just do a quick r1+r2 at all connections and that will verify that all in order.

hi dansk just to follow up on your susgeestions seen as you made the time to reply. All connections fine, phoned fronius and they replied immediately that it was the brand of rcd at fault and said i should replace with 100ma as volex too sensitive heh presto no issue

Good stuff - well not far off, was somewere in the AC line! Thanks for coming back and finishing the thread as ive learnt as well.
