Would like to start by saying wot a usefull tool this forum is,credit to you all.

I am 17th qual"d full scope part p reg"d but not comp person redgd,so my question is can i issue minor works certs,sorry if its a simple quest but redund has forced me into working for myelf again im a bit rusty with regs.would be greatfull for any advice .

I have a valid p p id card issued after passing exam,but i hvnt redg with comp person scheme ie napit elecsa,iknow redg is way to go but in mean time can i issue mw certs??

You can issue Certification, but you would have to either register with a CP scheme, or make notification to the LABC for any notifiable work.

But if work is non notifiable with lbc ie not kitchn,bath ,not new crct but only spur off ring ,xtr lighting of xsistin ? THANKS.

Yes you would be fine issuing a MWC for that.
