Got called out by new tenant, storage heaters weren't working. I had put htese in new durinig the summer, combi type. Talked thro the problem on the phone and he said they were switched on but cold ut the fan heater worked...Got there and everything seemed fine. So I asked him how he had used the switches, he replied "I put them on for a couple of hours last night and thye didn't work so I turned them off!" So I explained that he needed to leave them switched on and how they worked etc.
The following day I get another call from him, "they are not working again" he said. Whats the problem I asked, " I can't turn the f****** things off now, you better come back and sort them out!" Oh joy, another explanation and I haven't heard from him since...
