Hello,
I was hoping for a little advice on furthering my education electrically. I have a business and management degree so I am used to studying and academic life but about 10 years ago I started on a different career path and became a qualified gas fitter and then i went on to gain 16th and then 17th edition qualifications and my inspection and testing. Recent developments in my current job have moved me more towards an electrcial bias and I am interesting in furthering my electrical knowledge for my own benefit and not to further my career. I cannot decide whether to apply for a HNC/HND/ foundation degree in electrical engineering. Any help/ guidance would be greatly appreciated.

only kidding. go for it. best person to ask is Lenny as he is going down the same road as your wanting to do. I am doing a degree but its not in electrical or engineering. It does not matter if your doing it for the job or yourself but if its for yourself you will probably find you will put more into it.
