got a radial circuit run in 4mm swa run from a 32a rcd unit with 32a breaker to some stables. which is also protected by a 30ma rcd. he wants an outside socket on his carport inbetween these to points. where do you find an outside spur to do this

Your main problem, will be the fact that when you cut the cable to add joint, will there be enough cable to do it?

Need more information, i.e. where is the SWA running currently?

if he's got stables, he's got horses. therefore he has got spurs...... ssssimples. take a feed from his riding boot. lol. didnt think it was running 32 amps through the back of a socket also need to fuse down to add a light. 3 x 4mm cables in back of an outside socket wont go. already put swa in from cu at stables back to carport to an out side socket and light.
