What sort of course are you looking for ?
System design, installing or commisioning/certifying ?
When I was panel building (not designing) we installed G59 protection relays by megacon, and these required setting up/certifying by a third party firm.
The parameters were set and timings verified by using a dedicated computer/injection set like affair (very expensive by all accounts!), to set things like the trip levels for vector shift, rocof and timings etc., AFAIK these are DNO specific parameters and required certification.
This is a vast subject in it's own right, and well above my payscale LoL.
Just to add this was not for domestic systems, but large commercial/industrial
