Hi,
Does anyone know where I can find G9 sockets that aren't push fit?
I have stranded 2 core cable and don't want to solder the cable ends as it's not something I've done before and I can only find g9 sockets that cables push into (seemingly for solid core).
Is there a particular term for sockets that cables are screwed into so I can search better?
Alternatively, if soldering (tinning?) is safe and easy for an amateur can anyone advise on how to go about this please?
(creating cluster pendant with 8 cables/g9 leds)
Thanks

....just discovered ferrules....opinions?
Would tinned copper be the best? Thanks
