Gaining qualification/experience

I’m currently an electrical improver/mate, I’ve got 2391 and 18th edition but looking to get fully qualified and wondering what the best route is. Also looking for ways to gain more experience as I’m lacking this so don’t feel confident going out on my own jobs

What experience do you have? I'm guessing several years if you're considered an improver.

I don't think anyone newly trained is ready to venture out on their own, even the majority of apprentices. Every day is a learning day, but in early years this is especially true.

Keep working with experienced sparks and absorb as much as possible.
