back to ruin

Hi All

Still learning and doing a job for my dad. I want to put power in his garage. It will be having a fridge, freezer and tumble dryer and a couple of fluorescent lights. I am going to connect it using SWA to the non-RCD side of the CU through an adaptable box at each end. Garage will have a 63a CU with a 32a mcb and 6a mcb - for ring and lighting.
What size SWA cable will I need? 2 or 3 core. If using 3 core do you still use the sheath as earth as well and connect it to the adaptable box? What size mcb at the CU?
Many thanks
Mick:confused:
