Do I need to bond the water supply even though it is all in plastic?? Maybe at the stopcock?
 
If it's all plastic then no as plastic is hardly a great conductor of electricity. I would however check the central heating pipework to see if that is extraneous due to most connections at the boiler being done in copper.
