gas and water bonding.

I have read through the regs book twice to find some sort of clarity.
Do I have to upgrade a 6.0 mm2 gas and water bond (they are bonded seperately) if the main fuse is 60amp with 16 mm2 tails (l+n) and a 10 mm2 earth?
I believe I would get away with a 6.0mm2 cable but perhaps not! Thoughts???

depends on 1. the earthing, TN=S or TNC-S . 2. any signs of thermal damage to 6mm bonding. 3. is existing bonding intact.
