Gas Boiler and Radiator Replacement plumbing advice

Gas Boiler and Radiator Replacement I bought my house 31 years ago with its 8mm and 10mm micro central heating pipework and existing radiators.
There are leaks, the system works poorly.

In a first phase of work before winter I am starting again with:-

A new gas boiler to supply central heating only.
New 15mm (or 22mm) pipework which is being installed behind new coving in my utility room, reception hall, lounge, and dining room.
New skirting board heating replacing all radiators upstairs and downstairs.
Connecting an existing 5 KW wood burner with a back boiler into the central heating system.

I can get new pipework all around the house to every room by replacing some of the coving. My existing coving can accommodate two 15mm pipes side by side and two 22mm pipes side by side if I use a deeper coving.

I would appreciate advice before I start the work.

All the drawings and room measurements including skirting board heating outputs are posted on line and they can be seen using this link.
