gas bonding to flats

Been asked to finnish a job where the original contractors whent bust (two years back) its a block of 8 flats . Each flat has its own mains gas supply / meter but they have only bonded to the isolator valve thats inside the flat not next to the meter which are outside , what are you thoughts on this ?

As long as the clamp is within 600mm of the point of entry to the flat, its fine.
