Gas bonding

Been asked upgrade and replace Gas bonding do I need to certify as its only replacing exsiting

Why wouldn't you certify? A minor works takes less than 5 minutes to complete, especially if you're only going to do one test, a nice certificate makes you look professional and is a brilliant bit of paper that will cover your bum in the future if anything untowards was to happen. I certify everything personally...
