Hi all friend just changed his mind at the 11th hour after me putting a 6mm supply in for his electric hob above a pan draw he has now decided to get a free standing range gas cooker that needs a supply for the ignition.....

What would you do? Wire the ignition into the 6mm supply I already have or take out part of new kitchen hack off plaster and put in spare from the ring?

fvit FCU on the 6mm, fuse at 5A. wire in igntion. job done. or you could fit a socket in place of the cooker oultet, and plug the ignition in.

and you can change the breaker as well, not necessary though as the breaker is to protect a 6mm, so can be anything up to 40A. ignition cable will be fused itself.
