can anyone advise me what a good make of intercom and gate actuators for 2 x steel gates about 2.5m x 2.5m each opening as a pair.

I've been fitting CAME gear, it's good kit easy to install and set up, had no issues with it. They do a wide range of accessories to go with it too.
