For a synchronizing circuit breaker of some turbo generator, what should be the location of thr isolator? I mean should it be on generator side i.e. before circuit breaker or at the opposite side i.e. after circuit breaker? What I have observed so far is the Ist case i.e. on generator side but theoratically how it should be? please explain
