I found a lump which the doc were concerned about however i was lucky Just got all clear after 3 weeks of worry.

Theres no shame in seeing a doc they have seen more P8**ks than the average hedgehog so go get them checked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a medical last week. the only thing in my favour is that i have got a pulse

Everything else is down the pan, overweight, sight getting worse, drink and smoke too much, lack of exercise, diet appaling etc etc but otherwise I am in good shape.

close shave bud (or could of been)- bet your walking on air now. My first 15 years was on building sites, and picked up a few injuries there, even now, 30 yrs later, if I am run down or been working to hard-seven days a week recently, I get a reminder of them. Biggest thing to protect in this job is Knees. I use the slide in ones now. I did have a spell of strap on knee pads but they seemed to delight in levering my knee caps into unnatural angles. Wont mention the old back, this cleary has to be protected at all costs. well worth that extra bit of effort so you can work staright on at the job, no more funny angles for me whilst on the floor etc, want to be able to enjoy my retirement !! So glad your ok mate !! bet your gonna have a few days off to enjoy life !!

Glad to hear your ok scots, and thanks for the excuse! i mean reminder to have a good old rummage.

Seriously though this is really important my old man had a scare not long back turned out it was just a twisted -------- which isnt that easy unless you compare it to the alternative!!!

Hey nice one Scot, but your right, everyone check your nuts.

When I had mine scanned the nurse said " Right lie there and lift up your stump !!" .... STUMP !! friggin STUMP, CHEEKY MARE. To be fair though it was like a shrivelled prune I was cacking myself !!

Get em checked, better still get the Mrs to do it.
