Hi all. I have a client who's lights no longer work from their GET 'GHAPT' remote. There is no switch anywhere. So my question is where is the receiver?? Also is that mains powered or battery operated? The remote appears to work satisfactory so am thinking the battery (CR2032) has gone in the transponder/receiver. Any help as always appreciated. Thanks.

The ones I have used were not GHAPT but look very similar. They are shaped and sized to be located through a downlight hole so could be anywhere. Mine were for wall lights so I located them on the wall in te room above in antisipation of trouble, but did your installer I wonder?

Cheers. I am hoping the wall lights base plates might hide the treasure! The light did operate via individual pull cords once, so I am told by the client. But they were changed to the remote.
