Getting My approved

I am a 20 year old spark not long time served and the sjib rules are 2 years before you can go for your approved. Is this anyway of getting it before this?

Also would anyone recommend doing any courses 2391 or compex or wait till i get a bit more experience?

providing you have all the required quals for approved then submit them and you will be graded accordingly
