Hi, Can someone help point me in the right direction of where I turn to get a refund from college?.
Hi, this is not about an electrical course but I have done my level 3 2365 etc in the past and I know what to expect from a level 3 course.
I did a course at another college in Epsom and it was poor! Like really poor the standard was just another dimension of poor. Their excuse to me that I have in writing is "It's not our fault it's the first time we have run the course" but they still charged me the full amount. Now since I have it in writing it seems like an open-and-shut case to me but they are refusing a refund - Who do I turn to now?
