Without having access to your installation it's very difficult to help, but from afar it looks like you have a circuit fault, which is causing your device to be unable to reset, best advice call your local Electrical contractor to test and rectify the fault, hope this helps you out.GFCI OUTLET will not reset yet nothing is plugged in. Masantee most likely you have 2 cables inside the box and it’s a strong possibility that you have the neutrals crossed up. Also The constant hot has to be hooked up to the line side of the GFCI using the neutral or white which is all in 1 cable. If you do have another cable it should hook up on the load side which on the back of the GFCI tells you which is line and which is load.GFCI OUTLET will not reset yet nothing is plugged in.
